Modesta de Quevedo was founded on a wish to return to what once defined true luxury, a time when every creation was made with care, not urgency.  When artisans worked with rhythm, not rush. When ownership meant something, and what we carried through the world was built to last.

We created this house in response to a landscape dominated by speed, surplus, and sameness. Every decision we make, from design to release, is rooted in the belief that the most valuable things take time.

Our pieces are developed within the house and refined over months. We do not release collections on schedule. Instead, we introduce pieces gradually.

Our makers have decades of experience producing leather goods for the world’s leading luxury houses. That same level of precision now belongs to Modesta De Quevedo, and to those who recognise the difference.

Our designs are released gradually, in controlled numbers. When a piece is introduced, it becomes available to order through the house.

Pre-orders are open for the first ten days of each month, allowing the atelier to plan and produce with the focus each piece deserves. Orders placed during this window are fulfilled within approximately four to eight weeks. If any pieces remain from a previous release, they will be available to purchase directly and will be clearly marked on the site when purchasing.

When placing a pre-order, clients are informed of the current stage of production. After the tenth day, the house closes requests until the next cycle begins.
